Technological innovations are widely adopted in the retail industry and videos are becoming the new vehicle to deliver key information. The problem was lengthy videos with too much information will lose the attention of the viewer. The solution is to pulse quick and simple topic videos to easily digest key messaging.

The company intranet-based, video series concept serves as a brand extension of Carter's HQ to the retail field. The two-minute videos feature how-to and "the more you know" content with screencast and in-person styling. Initial pilot would focus on topics from the Visual Merchandising Team and provide future integration with cross-functional department use.
